Samantha Neal

Samantha represents businesses of all sizes across many industries, ranging from technology and professional services to construction and real estate. She handles complex commercial litigation as well as corporate transactions and governance issues.

In addition to her legal practice, Samantha is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker specializing in selling, buying and leasing commercial properties as well as commercial development and investments. Through her real estate and legal work, Samantha has a great deal of experience in structuring intricate real estate and general business transactions.

Samantha is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. Prior to, and during law school, she worked for a consulting group and then an investment firm that both specialized in real estate and sports related equity transactions, gaining valuable business experience. Samantha’s goal for her clients is to find creative solutions to difficult client problems using her varied legal and business experience.
